Have you ever had one of those crazy weeks, where the last thing you want to do is cook a big meal come Sunday night? This past week was that week for me. Unfortunately, it started with the stomach flu, but I couldn’t let that slow me down. My schedule was packed and I had no choice but to be on my “A” game. The week was filled with recording voice-over for a training video at work, followed by three early mornings on camera recording a second training video. On top of all that, add a dozen meetings and calls and there you have my week. Which is why I spent this weekend with nothing on the agenda, but sleep!

In my opinion, busy week or not, Sunday’s are meant for relaxing and cooking with a crackpot is a great way to have a delicious meal without spending hours in the kitchen.  Why not let the crockpot do the work for you? Warning: These are not your Mothers crockpot recipes… In partnership with foodie.com, I have pulled together 12 creative ways to use your crockpot on a Sunday and start off the week with a tasty meal! So the next time you (or I) have one of those crazy weeks and have no idea what to make for Sunday dinner, skim through my collection on Foodie.com and find a delicious crockpot recipe and enjoy your Sunday evening.
