Avocado toast had become so popular these days, and one of my favorite things to have for breakfast, besides a juice/smoothie. We don’t usually have bread our my kitchen, as we can never seem to finish it before it god bad, but every now and then I pick up a pack of english muffins, which I’m now convinced is the perfect base for avocado toast. The things with an english muffin, is that is light and airy and hows those wonderful little crevasses for the avocado to hide in. Win, win for all!
Super easy to make, all you need is 1/2 an avocado, 1 english muffin, sea salt, 1/2 lemon and cayenne pepper. Toast the english muffin, to your liking…. I like mine a little more on the brown side. Next scope out the half of the avocado, save the other half for a smoothie the following morning, and mash onto the english muffin with a fork. Squeeze the lemon juice on top of both and sprinkle with sea salt and cayenne pepper. Then all you have to do is enjoy this delicious and super filling breakfast!
