As we enter mid-September, you know what that means around these parts… Pumpkin Season is in full swing!  But since I know many of you are not quite ready to let go of summer, I decided to ease into my “12 Weeks of Pumpkin” this year, by starting with a few post on Instagram and now featuring my first recipe of the season. One of my favorite quick + easy breakfast recipes (outside of a green juice) is an açaí bowl.  Not only does it taste delicious, but it also looks great too.. which earns major points in my book.  What I love about açaí bowls, is that like green juice, the possibilities are endless.  Today’s recipe is a little tropical but with a good dose of healthy (hidden) greens.
