So according to GMA this morning, it hasn’t been this cold in NYC since 1896!  Currently the temps are a whopping five degrees and with the windchill factor, it feels like -18! Yay, the weekend has finally arrived… well close enough!  In approx.  9 hours, give or take, the weekend is ours… and that calls for a celebration!  What better way to celebrate, than with bacon!
